Hotel rooms are $136.00 per night (quad occupancy), plus 12.50% tax* (as of June 2025) plus a 1% surcharge for the Orange County Convention Center. Rates are available from Wednesday through Sunday of convention week.

Rollaway beds are $15 per night, plus tax. 

Reservations and Changes: All requests for changes to hotel reservations must be requested through the online registration system.

**Do not call the hotel directly for reservations or changes.**

The group leader should choose a person to be the hotel room coordinator. This person should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Your hotel room coordinator can check in and check out your group.

The following are the suites that are available. The rates are per night, plus tax, and are 50% off of the rack rates.

One-bedroom VIP Suites $400.00 (included living area and 1 attached bedroom, 1 king bed or 2 double beds). This suite counts as 2 rooms/units per night from your existing inventory.

Two-bedroom VIP Suite: $550.00 (included living area and 2 attached bedrooms, 1 king bed and 2 double beds). This suite counts as 3 rooms/units per night from your existing inventory.

One-bedroom Executive Suite: $500.00 (includes living area 1 attached bedroom 1 king bed or 2 double beds) this suite counts a 2 rooms/units per night from your existing inventory.

Two-bedroom Executive Suite $650.00 (includes living area and 2 attached bedrooms, 1 king bed and 2 double beds). This suite counts as 3 rooms/units per night from your existing inventory.

The suites listed above are not guaranteed, depending on how full the hotel is.

All rooms have a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, phone with voice mail, safe, and mini-refrigerator.

Tax exemptions for churches are available through the Florida Department of Revenue. With the tax exemption, all tax is exempted. However, you will still have to pay the 1% surcharge for the convention center.
