Bible Bowl, Defender, and Pearls Test Dates:
Online testing for Bible Bowl, Pearls, and Defender is from February 11 to February 25, 2027 at 11:59PM (CST). Group leaders will receive login information for students registered to take at least one of the tests, so be sure to have all students who want to participate in these events registered for them.

Check out the information below for specific information about the convention location, room accomodations, parking and other helpful info!
NOTE: There are two Hyatt Hotels at DFW Airport. L2L Convention is be at the Hyatt Regency – NOT the Grand Hyatt.
Use this guide for easy access to the hotel and to get COMPLIMENTARY PARKING at the hotel.
Hotel rooms are $131.00 per night plus 13% tax. (Taxes are subject to change)
The hotel also charges $2.75 per night and $0.36 occupancy tax. Please note that it is a fee instead of a tax, all tax-exempt groups or individuals are not exempt from such fee.
Reservations and Changes: All requests for changes to hotel reservations must be requested through the online registration system. **Please do not call the hotel directly for reservations or changes.**
Suggestion for Large Groups: The group leader can choose a person to be the hotel room coordinator. This person should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Your hotel room coordinator can check in and check out your group.
All rooms have the following:
