Convention Registration Forms
The Student and Adult Registration Forms can be used by a congregation group leader to collect information for attendees at your local church. Once you have collected the information, the group leader will input the information collected into the online registration portal as a church/group.
All group registrations MUST USE THE ONLINE PORTAL. DO NOT send in individual forms for registration as they will be rejected.
Event Certificates
Download and use these event certificates for your group as a commendation of their hard work on the various events.
The certificates can be used during your special event to recognize those who have worked hard and completed different events.
