Bible Bowl, Defender, and Pearls Test Dates:
Online testing for Bible Bowl, Pearls, and Defender is from February 11 to February 25, 2027 at 11:59 PM (CST). Group leaders will receive login information for students registered to take at least one of the tests, so be sure to have all students who want to participate in these events registered for them.

Hotel & Convention Information
Check out the information below for specific information about the convention location, room accomodations, parking and other helpful info!
Rooms will be $155 per night, plus applicable taxes (10.5% as of June 2025) for up to four in a room.
Reservations and Changes: All requests for changes to hotel reservations must be requested through the online registration system. **Please do not call the hotel directly for reservations or changes.**
Suggestion for Large Groups:
Churches that will pay for rooms with one church check or card may be exempt from some or all of the taxes. Complete this form and email to Jennifer Kickbush (jennifer.kickbush@marriott.com) at the hotel by the hotel registration deadline. She will process the form with their accounting department in order to calculate your final room bill.
The group leader can choose a person to be the hotel room coordinator. This person should be the first to arrive and the last to leave. Your hotel room coordinator can check in and check out your group.
Self-parking is complimentary at the hotel.
