A deposit toward your total registration fee may be made when you register so that your seating location is reserved! For the deposit, we ask for $500 or half of your anticipated total registration, whichever is lower. Also, if you ordered t-shirts during registration, those must also be paid when a deposit payment is posted. For example, if your registration is $2000 plus $100 in t-shirts, you must make a minimum of a $600 deposit to have the t-shirts paid and the $500 deposit for registration to get in the seating order.

Registration Fees are due for everyone who is registered as of the posted registration deadline for the convention location (see Convention Locations for specific details). After this deadline date, no refunds will be given. Unregistering someone, whether the group’s registration fees have been paid or not, will not reduce the amount owed for registration.

Note: Seating order at the awards ceremonies is determined by the date that the first registration payment is received. You can pay your deposit as detailed above to ensure your seating location and then pay the balance as soon as your group registration is complete.

Hotel Payments: You will pay the hotel directly for your rooms.

Early Bird Registration fees are in place for all who are registered from November 2, 2026 through January 5, 2027 at 8 am CST. From January 6, 2027, through the registration closing date for your location, the fee will be $5 more.
